- Comprehensive Event Planning: A detailed proposal (Draft 3, April 9th, 2025) outlined timelines, locations, and thematic elements, serving as a project roadmap.
- Thematic Decor & Atmosphere: To create a “bright, festive & conscious” atmosphere, MWM used eco-friendly alternatives like bunting, shweshwe, and traditional fabrics instead of balloons. This was complemented by paper decor, pompoms, and doilies for a sustainable and visually engaging environment.
- Custom Achiever Recognition Sashes: Special sashes with a “South African creative flavour,” incorporating shweshwe fabric and champion patterning, were designed to honor achievers.
